This unique bracelet is made of "Millefiore" glass beads. "Millefiori" is a labor-intensive glasswork technique, which produces distinctive decorative patterns on glassware, often referred to as Venetian Glass. The term "Millefiori" is a combination of the Italian words for "mille" (thousand) and "fiori" (flowers). It is the name given to this unique type of Venetian glassware. The "Millefiori" technique was developed in Murano, Italy, in the 15th Centure. But, this unique handmade process dates back to the 7th century.
Bracelet measures 8" and comes packaged in satin lined gift box with card insert explaining the Millefiori glass technique. Austrian crystal spacer beads. Toggle closure. Sterling Silver Plated. Each glass bead is unique and has multiple colors embedded in the main color. Main colors available in Blue, Black, Turquoise, Red, Green. You will get a random mix of colors.
